Students freezing up in SuccessMaker

 

Are some of your students experiencing problems freezing up in SuccessMaker? The problem maybe in the studentís profile?  If they have a screensaver enabled it can affect their connection to the SuccessMaker database. SuccessMaker requires constant connection to the Sybase database. Any breaks will give you data saving / performance issues.

 

 

Please make sure ALL screen savers are disabled within a studentís profile.

 

Logged in as the Student

Right click on the desktop

Select properties

Click on the screen saver tab

 

 

 

 

 

 

Set to none. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Click ok when finished.
